Principal Consultant

April 2024 – Present

Lee Rx Consulting, LLC · Kirkland, WA

I help clients make informed, data-driven decisions by combining clinical knowledge with real-world experience across the healthcare ecosystem.

My background spans from managed care/ambulatory care pharmacy residency training, patient care within one of Washington's largest integrated health systems, population health initiatives, management of a self-funded employee health plan's pharmacy benefits, pharmacy consulting for Fortune 500 employers, and experience within a PBM. This breadth of experience provides a comprehensive perspective across the pharmacy benefits continuum and allows me to identify practical, strategic solutions that balance affordability, access, quality, and long-term sustainability, rather than focusing solely on cost containment.

Some of my expertise includes pharmacy and medical drug utilization analysis, formulary strategy, biosimilar implementation, pharmacy benefit optimization, and PBM procurement and vendor-neutral evaluations. I work with organizations to translate complex pharmacy data into actionable strategies that improve financial performance while supporting better member and patient outcomes.
