Why did you get into real estate?
Coming from a background as a pharmacist, I’ve always been drawn to helping others make informed decisions that impact their well-being. Over time, I realized that buying a home is one of the biggest milestones, and financial decisions, many of us will ever make. I wanted to take that same analytical, people-first mindset and apply it to real estate, helping others, especially fellow healthcare professionals, navigate the process with clarity and confidence. Beyond finding the right home, I also see real estate as a powerful way to build stability and generational wealth, something I’m passionate about helping others achieve.

How do agent commissions work?
In most transactions, the seller agrees to pay a commission that’s shared between the listing (seller’s) agent and the buyer’s agent. However, with recent industry changes, commission terms can vary.
